How to sleep better

We must sleep well to be healthy. That is sleeping is essential to our lifes.Sleeping well has several benefits.A person that sleeps the required time, has a better memory versus a person that does not.Chances are that a person that does not sleep well has more weigh than a person that does.Sleeping is vital.


  But since there are people that have problems falling asleep here are some tips
  1.Try to sleep at the same time so your body gets used to it.
  2. Walk before going to sleep. get some fresh air.
  3.Create a comfy zone or a place appropriate for sleep.Dark, warm or cool,quiet,peaceful your taste.
  4.Meditate, do some yoga, or exercise so you get in the sleepy or tired state.
  5.Drink some warm milk.Yummy!
  6.Or you can drink some herbal tea like lemon balm, chamomile, passion flower or rooibos tea. Now quick story of this rooibos tea.Rooibos is a power-food and is the most powerful mushroom.When I was drinking this tea I fell into a deeper sleep.
 7.Put a rosemary plant under your pillow or lavender drops .It's very relaxing and soothing.
 8. Use hypnogogic exploration. Thats when you just let your mind free a little and let images pop to your brain.
9. Avoid liquids or heavy foods 2 hours before going to sleep
10.Breathe in-and-out 10 times.
