Change your regular routine

Chances are you are tired of the everyday routine. That's ok  and you aren't alone.You can spice it out a little or break it up. Just break it up for a few days or change it by making  it fun someway. You have to do something about it if it is causing you that bad mood or stress.
 To do this you might have to change your habits, such as having a different breakfast cereal or walking instead of driving. Observe yourself. You may also want to have a new, good habit, or break a bad one. Another way to change your routine, or at-least give yourself that feeling, is by redecorating your environment.
 One of the best things you can do to get that sort of feeling, is to do something at a random or unusual time such as having breakfast for dinner (which I enjoy). Even studying at night can seem fun and fresh, that is, if you do not do it on a regular basis.
In some occasions you can even give yourself a little vacation and have some "me time". It's okay!
 Whatever you think you will do, do it! Start changing your routine today and make things more interesting and less stressful starting now!
