Ways to get inspired

Sometimes we need some inspiration (or always). That inspiration becomes motivation. Inspiration motivates us and invites us to our creative side.Yes, it does work for me when I don't know what to write about! So today I am going to tell you how to get inspired.
Ok, so we all know the powers of music , right?Started with an obvious, but there is much to it than just listening to it, indeed.
The procedure is simple; you just listen and relax and voila! Yep, but you have to let the music flow and create images like beautiful scenes in your mind. Like they say: go with the music!
Now let's talk about poems. Poems do indeed have a flow that inspires us. They truly have a row in inspiration. In fact, you need inspiration to write one in the first place! Poems can have inspirational messages, rhymes etc., yet to make it more interesting light up a candle and read the poem out loud. Make sure it's a scented candle. That will be an awesome experience ( yes it's the environment!)!
Go in an adventure in a tent! Oh yeah how interesting a tent. I'm 100% serious as if I were in a meeting. Yes, grab that mystery novel.  Grab that real page turner, but just focus in the story and nothing else and relax in your tent!
Here goes the ones that you must not really think, well just like the other ones, but the other idea is to relax you!You can let images pop in your mind, or you can just, well, think about absolutely nothing; you can let your brain blank (at last!).
 1. Doodle.Yeah doodle, just doodle, no fancy elegant drawings necessary because you will not be judged!
There a study that actually shows it increase imagination! So no more thinking that I have lost a screw!
 2. Walk with no point
yes, and this one also makes you exercise. When have you heard you can relax and burn some calories in this way you sure can!In this one you can leave your head blank, freely letting images pop into your head, or even focusing in the scene (just make sure it's a safe place.)
One last thing: here is a little tip: Plan a day in which you will be doing these activities, that way you won't have to worry about anything. No chores, no thinking.Plan what you are going to eat and everything.

  1. That is true,Stephanie. As an author and business man, I can relate to how you said, "In fact, you need inspiration to write one in the first place! Poems can have inspirational messages, rhymes etc.,". I hope more people discover your blog because you really know what you're talking about. Can't wait to read more from you!
