Here is a list of great tips for you:
- Glaze them up with ranch, a condiment, or any dipping sauce
- Be sneaky hide these veggies in foods they love or make them visible and tasty in their rice or broth. There are also many healthy kid-friendly recipes over the internet. Check them out!
- Make smoothies. Kids love smoothies or you can start juicing and get lots of antioxidants
- Be creative. Garnish them, decorate them. Make a car with a pickle give them silly names.
- Have fruits and vegetables easily accessible. Place a bowl of cut fruit in your table. Try it!
- Tell them the benefits of consuming them
- Take your child to the grocery store and pick the fruits and vegetables of his/her choice
- Reward them with candy after they eat veggies and/or fruit. You won't have to do this with time, so be patient!
- Be an example!It works!
- If none of these work when you actually give them a try with patience, then I would recommend giving them vitamins but cutting on their sweets too
