Bread has taught me this lesson. I ate so much of it that my stomach hurt badly for about 2 days. An obvious reason I ate so much of it was because I loved it, now not so much.
Besides my stomach hurting I had no appetite. I went a whole day with just a bowl of soup, fluids, and medicines
I compared this experience with other things, like money and vitamin overdose.Too much money can ruin your calm lifestyle, and vitamin overdose can be fatal.
So no matter how good something might seem, take it with moderation, and keep on enjoying it!
